Spaniards are well known as being very joyous and lively when it comes to celebrating holidays and festivals. Spain is a country located to the south of Europe. The Spanish people love to celebrate holidays with brightly colored costumes, delicious treats and the famous beverage, Sangria.
All inclusive holidays can take you to Spain during one of the many Spanish festivals, while allowing you to focus on partying rather than on organizing and stressing about your travel plans. One of the major Spanish festivals is known as Las Fallas, which is a five day celebration that revolves around fire. The festival is held annually in the city of Valencia, and about three million people join it to use fire to destroy paper mache and cardboard caricatures. Party goers even use fireworks to light up the caricatures, or "ninots", in a dazzling display in front of large crowds of people. The event is full of high energy, and there are other interesting shows throughout the day including bullfights and extravagent parades.
